These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Elite Athlete Wear website and to any order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

This website is operated by Elite Athlete Wear. Where these terms refer to "we", "us" or "our", they refer to Elite Athlete Wear.
2. Products and pricing
We take care to describe and price our products accurately. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may update product details, pricing and availability at any time. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will let you know and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment already taken.
4. Delivery
Delivery costs and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you have provided.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns are handled in line with our Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a repair, replacement or refund where a product is faulty or not as described.
6. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please let us know straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including logos, images, text and designs, belongs to Elite Athlete Wear or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
